Love 'ya, see 'ya, bye

Wonderful memories flood my mind
As I put my brain in re-wind
I think of special characteristics of each student I have taught
And will miss all, I am certain ... as I retire from public school teaching after 32 years!
Love 'Ya
See 'Ya
BYE!

Count down to First Grade~52 days

It is that time of year...the Kinder Kids love "talking bubbles" in their illustrations.  This one tickled me.  They read a book by the title MY BACKPACK, answered questions, and then wrote three facts they remembered from the book.  This is a great example!  The character who is packing "her" backpack is a little dog and her bubble says, " See My apple" (backwards a and all the words did not fit inside the bubbble).
Love it!
Each child, each day, success~
SUCCESS!

Kids of Character

The fourth six weeks has ended.  We counted our Kids of Character tickets.  This has been the most successful characteristic we have had.  Even if we don't win our class is so excited to be able to count 250 tickets for being Fair.  It was a total class achievement.  We are happy with ourselves no matter what.  So is the teacher!
